New Structure of Sports and Law

The Research Association on Sports Law of China Legal Society was founded in 2005, and it has successfully held two International seminars on Asian sports law, which had an extensive influence. The theme of the seminars was the tasks and challenges facing the Olympics and Asian sports law.
In order to build a better platform for international exchange and collaboration of sports law, and to enhance mutual understanding and learning in the domain of sports law research and legal system across nations, Research Association on Sports Law of China Legal Society applies to the International Association of Sports Law for hosting the 18th world Congress of IASL in 2012. With the experience of successfully hosting the 29th Olympic Games, we are convinced to organize a high level international academic conference that can be unique and influential. We believe that the conference would make significant contributions to the research of sports law and Olympic rules.
